Skechers:
- Exchanges and returns can only be processed for purchases made at Skechers retail stores in Egypt. We kindly ask you to refer your case to the store in the country of your purchase so they can assist you.
- We can only exchange the size, if we meet the following points:
- Model, color and size are available at Egypt’s stores.
- The received item should be unworn, unused & in its original packaging.
- The box and receipt must be available with the customer.
Anta:
- Exchanges and returns can only be processed for purchases made at Anta Sports retail stores in Egypt. We kindly ask you to refer your case to the store in the country of your purchase so they can assist you.
- We can only exchange the size, if we meet the following points:
- Model, color and size are available at Egypt’s stores.
- The received item should be unworn, unused & in its original packaging.
- The box and receipt must be available with the customer.
Ecco:
- The general rule is you cannot exchange/refund outside of the country where the product was purchased.

Unworn & unused item(s) in original packaging can be undergo a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, by presenting the original invoice. Or within 30 days if they have any manufacture defect from the date of purchase.
